Cranes System

Under-Hung Cranes

Under-hung cranes, also known as under-running cranes, are cranes that have their hoisting mechanism suspended from the bottom flange of the runway beams, allowing the crane to run on the lower flanges of the supporting structure. These cranes are typically used in areas with low headroom and are ideal for smaller spaces where overhead cranes may not fit. Under-hung cranes are commonly used in assembly lines, manufacturing facilities, and warehouses for moving lighter loads. Their flexible design allows for easy movement along the facility, offering maximum floor space utilization.

Monorail Cranes

Monorail cranes are material-handling systems where the hoist runs along a fixed path on a single rail, often suspended from the ceiling. Unlike other cranes, monorail cranes are ideal for repetitive tasks where materials need to be transported along a predefined route, such as in assembly processes or production lines. Monorail systems are customizable and can be designed to suit the specific path requirements of a facility. They are commonly used in industries like automotive manufacturing, aerospace, and food processing where precise and consistent movement of goods is necessary.

JIB Cranes

JIB cranes are versatile, smaller cranes that consist of a horizontal jib or boom that supports a hoisting device. These cranes are either wall-mounted or floor-mounted, and they allow for a full 360-degree rotation in some models, making them ideal for localized lifting tasks. JIB cranes are frequently used in workshops, warehouses, and assembly areas where materials need to be lifted and positioned within a confined area. They are an excellent solution for loading and unloading heavy parts, assembling machinery, or aiding in maintenance work due to their maneuverability and ease of use.
